When do I need to arrive?

Registration and mingle: 5:00 p.m. - 6:55 p.m
Events: 7:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.
Attendees must be pre-registered with one of our limited Friday access passes to attend our Friday night special event. Space is limited. Absolutely no tickets at the door.

Registration and mingle: 8:00 a.m. - 8:55 a.m.
Events: 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 a.m.

-> Sunday November 4th, 2012
Registration and mingle: 8:00 a.m. - 8:55 a.m.
Events: 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Saturday and Sunday gaming is open to all but preregistration is strongly suggested.

Where is all the fun?
The convention is being held on the third floor of the Plaza Hamilton at 150 King Street East.

How much does it cost?

  • Weekend Pass + Friday Night Special (15+ years): $40 by pre-registration online only. Limited passes available!
  • Weekend Pass (15+ years): $40 at the door or pre-register online. Saturday and Sunday only.
  • Saturday Only Pass (15+ years): $25 at the door or pre-register online.
  • Sunday Only Pass (15+ years): $15 at the door or pre-register online.
  • Child Pass (10-14 years): $10 per day. Only available at the door.
  • Children under 10 are free.

I want to bring my kids. Is that okay?
Absolutely! We love families and take every opportunity to bring the younger generation into the hobby. However, if your child is under 12, we kindly ask that you provide supervision at all times. Very young children are unlikely to enjoy convention gaming, and we cannot guarantee that children under 10 will be welcome to participate in all games. Some games may not be suitable for younger players due to mature themes; we ask that you exercise your judgment and read the event descriptions to determine whether a particular game is suitable for your child.

Hotel

Group Discount Code for 2012: HC4

HammerCon takes place at the Crowne Plaza Hamilton hotel and conference centre, conveniently located in the downtown core next to Main St, King St, and the GO train/bus terminal. The hotel features over 12,000 square feet of banquet and meeting space, including the Lincoln Alexander concert centre, and 214 guestrooms.

Ballroom
All of HammerCon takes place on the 3rd floor of the hotel, with the majority of gaming events taking place in the Pavilion ballrooms, several events in the Victoria room, and registration, demos, and shopping located in the connecting hallway and lounge space.


If you are intending on staying at the hotel, the Plaza has both single King and double Queen rooms available.
