Game Reservation Closing Soon! In order to prepare game signup sheets for the one hundred events we have running this weekend, we have to close web signups for events Friday Nov 2nd at 11am. If you've pre-registered for the convention but have not yet put your name down for the events you want to get into, hurry hurry!
Oooh, shiny! Those of you who have attended HammerCon in the past know that our primary means of planning your day on the day on the day of the convention has been our convention program, available for pre-registrants and while supplies last (PS: arrive early!).
This year we have an alternative / additional way for you to access the schedule and floor plan information. Assuming you come equipped with a smartphone or tablet, be it Android, iPhone/iPad/iPod, or Blackberry, we now have an app available for you through Guidebook. Follow this link to download the app and use redeem code hc4 to download your guide. Like the print programs, there's a limited amount of downloads available and it's first-come, first-serve.
If you miss out both on the print and electronic programs, you can still access all info on our website, or just come talk to our friendly staff at the Game Registration desk! The game reg desk will always have the most up-to-date information should anything be rescheduled, added, cancelled, or moved around.
Silent Auction
Do you have games or game-related items cluttering your living space? Need to clean off a bookshelf or closet and make a little cash? As requested, we will be hosting a super fun silent auction on Saturday. Check out the website, email buy@hammercon.ca to request your seller ID, download and fill out the forms, and you're set to sell your stuff.
We'll also have cool HammerCon t-shirts (limited quantities: get yours early before your size sells out) and some great independently produced roleplaying games by local designers available for sale!
ARE YOU EXCITED?! WE'RE SO EXCITED!
TTFN,
HammerCon Organizing Committee
