We are interested in working with you to have a great vendor experience at HammerCon! Vendors may also promote themselves by sponsoring events.

Hobby Store Vendor Package

This package is best suited to large game publishers and hobby game stores.

  • Saturday and Sunday
  • 10'x10' (or equivalent square footage) vendor space with tables and two chairs in a prominent location
  • Two spectator passes
  • Swag bag insertion (to be provided by the Vendor)
  • 4"x5" (half page) black and white advertisement in our printed program given to all attendees
  • Graphic advertisement on our 2013 HammerCon website and future archive

Small Publisher/Designer Vendor Package

If you are a small independent publisher selling your product, this is the vending package for you.

  • Saturday and Sunday
  • One 6' table with two chairs
  • Two spectator passes
  • Swag bag insertion (to be provided by the Vendor)
  • 4"x5" (half page) black and white advertisement in our printed program given to all attendees
  • Graphic advertisement on our 2013 HammerCon website and future archive

Cost: $100 CAD

Artisan Vendor Package C

This package is best suited to artisans and craftspeople. If you a creative person with wares to sell that you have made yourself, this is the package for you.

  • Saturday and Sunday
  • One 6' table with chairs
  • Two spectator passes
  • 2"x2.5" (quarter page) black and white advertisement in our printed program given to all attendees
  • Graphic advertisement on our 2013 HammerCon website and future archive

HammerCon Policies


Vendor Set-up and Take Down
Vendors may set-up November 1, 8 p.m. - 10 p.m. or November 2, 6:00 a.m. - 7:15 a.m. Vendors must notify HammerCon of their selected set-up time. Take-down time is November 3, 5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Vendors agree to not set-up late or take-down early. Bring your own loading and unloading equipment and strong bodies to lift. Vendors are responsible for leaving their area in the same condition as was provided. Please do not attach anything to the hotel structure.

Liability
Vendors are liable for any damage they cause to the hotel and its contents. Vendors are responsible for oversight of their own display area. HammerCon staff and volunteers are not held liable for theft or damage to the vendor's items before, during and after convention hours. Please ensure there is someone at your table at all times during vending hours. Vendors are responsible for obtaining their own exhibitor insurance, if desired. HammerCon staff may ask vendors to leave at any time and are not responsible for any actual or projected loss of income. In the very unlikely event HammerCon is cancelled or abbreviated due to circumstances beyond our control such as but not limited to fire, acts of war, terrorism, and labour unrest, HammerCon may terminate this agreement and will not be held liable for refunding fees and other expenses.


Swag and Attendee Goodies
Vendors should make arrangements to provide their swag before October 25, 2013

Advertisements
All graphics should be emailed to promotions@hammercon.ca before October 3, 2013 to be included on the website and in our printed program. Additional advertising space in our program can be purchased for $50 CAD per each additional half page with any vendor package.

Miscellaneous
Booth or table splitting is not permitted. One business per vendor display. Please do not sell illegal goods or firearms. Keep it fun! Vendor booth and table placement is at Hammercon's discretion.

Payment
Payment is due in full by September 30, 2013. There are no refunds once payment has been processed. Acceptance of vendor applications are at the discretion of the HammerCon.
